My Lifestyle was an employee benefits scheme ran by UK construction firm Mansell. The scheme allowed staff members to sacrifice a percentage of their monthly salary in exchange for additional benefits. These benefits were offered at reduced prices and including additional holidays, childcare vouchers and Cycle to Work coupons.
Mansell’s benefits scheme was primarily web based so I was keen that the promotional handbook was designed to compliment this medium.
Modern, technology-led and direct, the handbook was the perfect companion piece to the website and given to all staff members, company-wide. The project also gave me the opportunity to art direct a series of commissioned photographs used to visualise each benefit using actual employees.
